Новые меры поддержки для мам и молодых семей - выплаты регионального материнского капитала (100 тыс. рублей при рождении первого ребенка маме до 25 лет), и деньги на оплату обучения для одного из родителей-студентов, и комнаты для малышей при вузах, и профилактика абортов, и ремонт 10 женских консультаций.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
