Антимонопольное дело в отношении Алтайского подразделения "Почты России" расследует региональное УФАС. Поводом для этого послужили многочисленные жалобы жителей на факты необоснованного навязывания госкомпанией более дорогих услуг.
Вместо того чтобы отправить заказное письмо с уведомлением, как и просили клиенты, сотрудники почты предлагали сделать отправление первым классом. Такие нарушения, в частности, были зафиксированы на главпочтамте Барнаула. "Мягкие меры" не помогли, и ведомство было вынуждено возбудить антимонопольное дело.
