Присягу у подростков принимали начальник управления Росгвардии Чукотки Михаил Хитрунов и офицер ведомства майор Георгий Куртаев. Клятву кадетов школьники давали по очереди. Они обещали хорошо учиться, заниматься спортом, быть честными и порядочными, а также чтить память героев и следовать девизу "Жизнь – Отечеству, честь – никому". После клятвы кадеты получили свои первые погоны.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
