Поэтому в этих проектах мы скорее всего Капитал, ведь без проблем можно выходить по 500 тыс. руб./кв. м. и позиционировать это как самый жирный бизнес-класс из жирных бизнес-классов.

Ранее на районе согласовывали проект Крылатская, 23, и было несколько визуализаций: застройки сквера от IND и 2 башни от KAMEN. Также на районе ЗУ купили и готовят проект региональная Неометрия по адресу Крылатские холмы, 24.
