Обновленный мастерплан нашего любимого ЗИЛАрта. Не знаю, что скажут урбанисты, но визуально корпуса "подросли" и "пожирнели". Самое интересное - как будет восприниматься район после полного заселения. Уже сейчас видно, что "Островка миллионеров" не получилось…
ЛСР продолжает сливать бизнес-классность ЗИЛАрта

Жесткая оптимизация была проведена сначала лотов 18, 19, и 27 (2). Там вместо проекта маэстро Скуратова появится упрощенную домики от ЦЛП, но ЦЛП вытянули проект и получилось довольно симпатично.

Сейчас же укрупнение и оптимизация коснулась лотов 21 и 22. ЛСР окончательно притащил свою "питерскую" - "студийную" нарезку. Так из 1910 квартир - 519 это студии, однушек - 1055. А знаете сколько трешек в бизнес-классе от ЛСР? Правильно 1 квартира из 1910. Подземный паркинг соответствует бизнес-классности проекта - всего 591 машиноместо - то есть только 30% бизнесменов из бизнес-класса смогут поставить свое ведро с болтами на паркинге.

Сам же проект икона рынка с точки зрения косяков и качества строительства. Но, ничего пипл - хавает. Перефразируем "мыши плакали, кололись, но продолжали есть кактус" в "московские бизнесмены плакали, кололись, но продолжали покупать студии в ЗИЛАрте".
