По сути отменили проект офисников, который был на этом участке (ЗУ "3-й Угрешский, 6") согласован ещё в 2021 году. Сейчас в КРТ фигурирует только объекты "производственной застройки в габаритах наружных стен по внешнему обмеру – 65 130 кв. м.". Тухлый, неинтересный КРТ. Ну или доказательство того, что лепить офисники вообще где попало - так себе идея.
