В программу КРТ берут ЗУ "Поклонная, 5" и "Поклонная, 9А". Там вместо гаражей будет запилено 58 тыс. кв. м. офисников. Хотя, тут и жилье для любителей трейнспоттинга можно навернуть было. #третийадмин уверен, что офисники разлетятся со скоростью света.

Рядом уже раздают апарты в проекте "Поклонная, 9", строят объект, который сделал переход из апартов в квартиры - "Поклонная, 7" и финалят квартиры в Victory Park Residences.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
