Господин Филатов тут зашел на тендерную площадку MR и обнаружил проекты, которых как бы нет, а они есть. Господин Мухин тоже дал на эту тему комментарий. Поэтому тоже прокомментирую сею находку: 1. "Знаменка" - конкретно на этой улице вообще каких-то участков…

Мастер-девелопер MR активно согласовывает проект на ЗУ "Серегина, 5-7". Это участок в районе станции метро Аэропорт на Ленинградке. Хороший район, очень много фанатов именно данной локации, ведь там много зелени, да и вообще место само в себе.

Архитектура, очевидно, что от АДМ. Узнаваемый, повторяющийся стиль. Высотность - всего 180 метров. Будет интересно посмотреть, как эти башни будут перекликаться с Прайм парком, который на другой стороне.

Учитывая локацию и архитектуру - тут ждать что-то дешевле 600-700 тыс с метра не надо. Может разве что на закрытых бронях "по своим".
