Экспансия регионалов в Москву продолжается, так как стройкой займётся девелопер из Новосибирска - ГК «Расцветай». Интересно, как назовут проект, так как обычно у них незамысловатый брендинг - «Расцветай + название улицы», а «Расцветай на 40 лет октября» звучит как-то уж слишком красно.
Довольно забавно, что «регионалы» «понаехали» в Москву со своей стройкой за последний год очень активно, а вот среди столичных девелоперов региональной экспансией занимается только ПИК и слабо, через ПИК-франшизу и тд. Из странных примеров региональной экспансии в голову ещё приходит - «Садовое кольцо», которое уехало из подмосковного Красногорска в Казань и вроде как не планирует останавливаться.
