Если говорить про УТП проекта, то это шикарный проект с видом на эстакаду трешки и ветку МДЦ, если вы хотите заниматься трейнспоттингом - это ваш вариант. Также проект находится в знаменитом жопном треугольнике, когда со всех сторон есть ЖД ветки.

Есть плюсы - станции МЦД и МЦК, чтобы свалить нахер из этой жопы. Если у вас есть нелюбимые родственники тогда их точно можно переселить в этот проект со словами - "до центра близко же".

Тут может произойти смысловой сбой с ценами, ведь трешка рядом, значит и ценник должен быть за 200, но есть нюанс.
