В июле же будут торги по площадке шоссе Энтузиастов, 46. Стоимость площадки на 100 тыс. кв. м. стартует от 2,4 ярдов, что немало для этого периферийного клоповника.

Маловероятно, что за участок будет бороться МР, скорее всего тут подтянутся девелоперы массового сегмента а-ля Гранель, МИЦ, ФСК.

Ранее мы публиковали проходной, бумажный проект для участка.
