Возможно, в главных офисах и у директора по маркетингу такие принципы могут быть, но на реальной стройке, где директор по строительству выглядит как надзиратель зоны, а рабочие зарабатывают 500 долларов это все сопли размазанные по бетону.
Потребителю это тоже нахер не надо, так как его и так жмет финансовая кабала в виде ипотеки на 20+ лет. Между ESG и платить ипотеку на 2 года меньше - все выберут сокращение ипотеки, а не какие-то заебы белой Европы.
