«Не надо из восемнадцатилетних срочников-мужчин делать детей, которым мы должны дать соску и отправить его спать. <...> Не надо его готовить к тому, что он вообще не должен быть нигде, не должен принимать участие ни в чем, и он должен просто прийти, бесплатно поесть хлеб государства <...> и потом пойти домой», — отметил Алаудинов.
По его словам, он понимает, что президент России Владимир Путин принял решение, чтобы срочники «не служили нигде» в мирное для страны время, но «сейчас идет война». Алаудинов уточнил, что призывники являются полноценными служащими и могут заключить контракт с Минобороны, чтобы получать большие выплаты.
