Ранее тюменские власти уже пытались получить кредит на 20 млрд, однако банки отказали им. На это не смог повлиять даже приезд главы Сбербанка Германа Грефа в Тюмень.
По словам политолога Александра Безделова, проблемы в том, что банки не хотят выдавать кредиты Тюменской области, нет. У региона есть запасы средств, но в крайнем случае всегда можно сократить расходы бюджета: например, на управленческие расходы либо перенести инфраструктурные проекты на следующий год.
