Губернатор Тульской области Дмитрий Миляев сообщил, что в регионе с 2025 года будут действовать новые меры для улучшения демографии, помогающие в повышении рождаемости. Основной задачей станут стимулирование первых рождений в более раннем возрасте, а также увеличение многодетных семей.
Таким образом, при появлении первого ребенка выплатят компенсацию на аренду жилья для молодых семей в размере 50% от стоимости затрат на наем, а при рождении второго — 75%. Работать компенсация будет, пока малышу не исполнится 3 года. В регионе также начнет действовать частичное погашение ипотечного кредита суммой в ₽1 млн при рождении третьего и последующего ребенка.
