Röhrennudeln kochen. In einer Pfanne Gewürz Cashews ( und wenn man mag, die gewürfelten Salami Scheiben auch) vorsichtig anbraten ohne Öl und anschließend erstmal rausnehmen. Öl, am besten Olivenöl in der Pfanne erhitzen, die Nudeln rein, die Nüsse unterheben. Zum Schluss die halbierten Cocktailtomaten dazu, und je nach Bedarf dann noch ein paar Basilikumblätter dazu. Sehr gut dazu schmeckt Pesto rosso. Und ist wirklich schnell gemacht
