Также запрещается принуждать к религии психологическим или физическим насилием, проводить религиозные обряды в домах престарелых, воинских частях или исправительных учреждениях.
Отдельным пунктом закона вводится запрет на распространение религиозной литературы в общественных местах, государственных и муниципальных организациях, в дошкольных образовательных и общеобразовательных организациях, а также путем обхода жилых помещений.
