Следственный комитет России сообщил об убийстве 22 мирных жителей в курском селе Русское Поречное военнослужащими ВСУ. Военнослужащий 92-й отдельной штурмовой бригады Евгений Фабрисенко, задержанный в Суджанском районе, признал вину и дал показания.
С 28 сентября по 24 ноября 2024 года Фабрисенко и его соучастники убили 11 мужчин и 3 женщин, а также совершили насильственные действия против 8 женщин, которых затем убили. Тела жертв были обнаружены и направлены на экспертизу.
Пресс-секретарь президента России Дмитрий Песков подчеркнул необходимость привлечения внимания к данным убийствам, несмотря на равнодушие международной общественности.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
