Они стадные. Так их дрессировали и отбирали многие столетия. В Англии обладаюшие собственным разумением и не желавшие подчиняться верхам гибли на виселицах, уничтожались насильственными наборами во флот, выталкивались в североамериканские колонии. В феодальной России - сдавались в рекруты. Увы, в ХХ веке нонконформистов сильно уничтожили репрессиями: именно нестадные ехали в лагеря, на них писали доносы соседи и сослуживцы. Выживали жвачные и покорные, они оставляли потомство...
А 40 лет назад верхи сперва на Западе, а потом и в СССР, сим обстоятельством воспользовались. Плодами долгой селекции низов, так сказать...

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
