✔️ посетил вагоностроительный завод госкорпорации «Ростех» в Стаханове;
✔️ осмотрел объекты теплоснабжения, школу № 17 и торгово-кулинарный колледж в Северодонецке;
✔️ побывал в зале бокса в Луганске.

Также вице-премьер России провёл совещание по социально-экономическому развитию региона, где в том числе обсуждалось выделение дополнительных средств на ремонт дорог.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
