— доля граждан, которые занимаются спортом;
— доля людей, занимающихся добровольческой деятельностью;
— коэффициент рождаемости;
— удовлетворенность участников «CВО» условиями для медицинской реабилитации, переобучения и трудоустройства;
— условия для воспитания патриотической личности.

В аналогичном указе 2021 года положений о коэффициенте рождаемости и поддержке военных не было.
