Вчера при обсуждении в Госдуме законопроекта Крашенинникова – Клишаса против унификации наименований должностей ВДЛ регионов проголосовало только 5 депутатов-единороссов из РТ, в то время как при первом чтении таковых было 6.
Продолжают проявлять упорство, отстаивая право Татарстана на своего президента, следующие депутаты:
1. Айрат Фаррахов 2. Татьяна Ларионова 3. Рустам Калимуллин 4. Марат Нуриев 5. Азат Ягафаров,
Илья Вольфсон, в прошлый раз голосовавший «против», в ходе вчерашнего голосования предпочёл воздержаться.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
