Заседание пройдёт в Верховном Суде Башкортостана в Уфе. Представлять Лилию Чанышеву будет адвокат Сергей Макаренко. Адвокаты уже зашли в зал заседаний.
Напомним, что в июне 2023 года судья Кировского Районного Суда Уфы Азамат Бикчурин приговорил бывшего координатора уфимского штаба Навального** Лилию Чанышеву к 7,5 годам колонии по делу о создании «экстремистского сообщества».
Рустем Мулюков — инвалид I группы и получает гемодиализ. Мулюков был приговорен к 2,5 годам лишения свободы за «публичные призывы к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности». В конце января 2024 года Верховный Суд Башкортостана отказал Рустему в освобождении. Мама Рустема считает дело в отношении сына заказным. * — внесены Росфинмониторингом в перечень «террористов и экстремистов» ** — Признаны властями экстремистскими и запрещены.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred.
