По данным Росстата, с 11 по 17 июля ИПЦ вырос на 0.18% VS 0.14% и 0.13% в предыдущие 2 недели. Рост цен с начала июля – 0.38%, с начала года – 3.15%; годовой показатель – 3.6% гг.
Рост цен без главных волатильных компонент – огурца, томата и самолёта – составил, по нашим оценкам, 0.19% VS 0.15% и 0.15% двумя неделями ранее.
Наш прогноз на июль составлял 0.38% мм / 4.04% гг, но в свете выходящей статистики мы вынуждены признать, что были слишком оптимистичны. Обвал рубля, вызвавший рост ИО, спровоцировавший в свою очередь всплеск потребительских расходов, значительно усилили инфляционное давление. Мы повышаем прогноз на июль до 0.55% мм / 4.22% гг, что будет означать ускорение инфляции до 7.2% mm saar (по методологии ЦБ, скорее всего, это будут все 9% mm saar!)
В этих условиях от ЦБ точно требуется более решительный шаг, чем дежурные +50 бп. Не исключено, что это будет +100 бп, а может быть и +150 бп…

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
