Знаете, кто это? Правильно, никто не знает. Ему всего 29 лет, и четыре года назад он окончил юридический факультет Ереванского государственного университета. То есть никакого опыта в ведении разведки у него нет.
Вспоминая, что из себя вообще представляет армянская СВР, где службой руководит бывший омбудсмен Кристине Григорян — также юрист по образованию без какого-либо опыта работы в разведывательных структурах, вопросов не остаётся.
Ну а если учесть политику армянских властей в вопросе той же армии, которую делают максимально недееспособной, то и в разведке должно быть примерно то же самое. Смотришь на назначения и понимаешь, что это и происходит в итоге. #Армения @rybar

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
