Тартар сейчас дико популярен. На деле же это просто нарезанные кусочки рыбы. Потребитель может спокойно их и сам нарезать, но задача производителя его от этого избавить, а себе забрать добавленную стоимость.
Уверены, что скоро крупные производители типа "Русского моря" или "Балтийского берега" тоже добавят в ассортимент тартар из лосося.
