Госжилинспекция Рязанской области привлекла к административной ответственности и вынесла предупреждение за ненадлежащее выполнение работ управляющую компанию ООО «Рязанская МПМК №3». Об этом сообщается на странице ведомства «ВКонтакте».
В ходе проверки инспекция нашла нарушения в доме № 46 по Касимовскому шоссе, в том числе грязь в подъезде и отсутствие плафонов, а в доме № 14 по Шереметьевскому проезду обнаружились протечки и недоделки на крыше.
«Рязанская МПМК №3» принадлежит депутату гордумы Виталию Трубицину, брату крупного бизнесмена и депутата облдумы Игоря Трубицына.
Ранее Госжилинспекция неоднократно штрафовала управляющую компанию за нарушения и ненадлежащее выполнение работ.
