27 января состоялось судебное заседание. Судья Анатолий Луковцев, выслушав обе стороны, частично удовлетворил иск. Так, судебные расходы на общую сумму 78 000 рублей были полностью удовлетворены. Размер моральной компенсации составил 15 000 рублей (Виктория запрашивала 50 000 рублей).
