В марте этого года возле села Слава мужик под алкотой и наркотой устроил аварию. Сел за руль крузака и нарулил в "Ладу" на встречке, за рулем которой был 75-летний дед. Дед с травмами. А водителю - 2,5 года лишения водительских прав и 3,5 года колонии-поселения.
Ну, без прав садиться за руль у нас никому не мешает. А из колонии-поселения он через полсрока выйдет по удо. А то и вообще туда не пойдет, если грамотный адвокат хорошо обжалует.
Хочешь покалечить человека, чтобы ничего за это не огрести? Устрой ДТП.
