📝Рецепт морковно-банановых биточков с овсянкой и финиками

✏️Ингредиенты:

✔️Банан 1 шт.,
✔️Финики 6шт.,
✔️Овсянка быстрой варки 40гр.,
✔️Морковь небольшая 1шт.

Приготовление:

▪️Финики залить кипятком на 20-30 минут,
▪️Снять с фиников кожицу и вынуть косточку, мелко нарезать,
▪️Банан размять вилкой,
▪️Морковь натереть на мелкой терке,
▪️Соединить все ингредиенты,
▪️Сформировать биточки,
▪️Выложить на пергамент, предварительно смазав пергамент маслом,
▪️Выпекать в духовке 20 минут, 180°.
