🇺🇸🇨🇳США ввели санкции в отношении 48 китайских компаний в рамках нескольких правовых механизмов

📌На этой неделе Минторг включил 10 компаний в Entity List в связи с их вкладом в развитие военного потенциала КНР посредством проведения исследований в области ИИ. Среди них:

- Производитель моделей когнитивного интеллекта и систем искусственного интеллекта Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd.;
- Разработчик программного обеспечения для искусственного интеллекта Beijing Lingxin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., др.

Еще одно предприятие - разработчик лазеров и электронных технологий Beijing Keyi Hongyuan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd - было добавлено в EL в связи с разработкой технологии литографии, которая позволяет производить в КНР передовые интегральные схемы для использования в военных целях.

📌Министерство внутренней безопасности (DHS) расширило UFLPA Entity List. Подробно о нем мы писали здесь. Под экспортные ограничения попали 37 компаний из КНР. В их числе:

- Специализирующаяся на производстве технологий для солнечной энергетики Donghai JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd.;
- Производитель высокотехнологичного оборудования для возобновляемых источников энергии Hongyuan Green Energy Co., Ltd. и ее дочерняя компания Hongyuan New Materials Co., Ltd.;
- Китайская компания, занимающаяся производством и продажей хлопка и хлопчатобумажных изделий Huafu Fashion Co., Ltd. и 25 ее дочерних компаний.

That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
