За покупку специалисты готовы заплатить 23 млн рублей. Товар нужно поставить в течение 180 дней с момента подписания контракта. Спецмашину надо пригнать в Саратов, в депо МУПП «СГЭТ» на улице Большой Казачьей.
Автомобиль должен быть шестиколесным, с мощностью двигателя от 200 до 300 лошадиных сил. Грузоподъёмность подъёмного устройства должна быть более 15 тонн. Машина должна быть окрашена в желтый и красный цвета. В настоящее время сломавшиеся трамваи возвращаются на пути с помощью специальной ремонтной машины на базе старого грузовика ЗиЛ, а также с помощью ремонтного вагона.
