قواتنا تدين الهجوم الإرهابي في دمشق

تدين القيادة العامة لقوّات سوريا الديمقراطية الهجوم الإرهابي الجبان الذي استهدف المصلين في كنيسة مار إلياس في حي الدويلعة بدمشق، وتتقدم بالعزاء لأسر الشهداء وتتضامن معهم وتتمنى الشفاء العاجل للجرحى.

إن هذا الهجوم الشنيع يستهدف كافة المكونات السورية المحبة للحرية والسلام، حيث يشكّل الإرهاب هاجساً لجميع السوريين وهو عدو مشترك للنسيج السوري الأصيل.

تؤكد قوّاتنا التزامها الراسخ في مكافحة الإرهاب واستعدادها الدائم للمشاركة في أي جهد سوري ضد الإرهاب في كافة المناطق السورية.

Our Syrian Democratic Forces Condemn Terrorist Attack in Damascus

The General Command of our Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) strongly condemns the cowardly terrorist attack that targeted worshippers at St. Elias Church in the Dweila neighborhood of Damascus. We extend our deepest condolences to the families of the martyrs, express our solidarity with all those affected, and wish a swift recovery to the wounded.
This heinous terrorist attack targets all Syrian communities that cherish freedom and peace. Terrorism poses a threat to all Syrians and remains a common enemy of the nation's diverse and unified social fabric.
The SDF reaffirms its unwavering commitment to combating terrorism in all its forms and expresses its full readiness to contribute to any collective Syrian effort aimed at eradicating terrorism in all regions of Syria.

بيان بخصوص ادعاءات المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية في حكومة دمشق

ادعى المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية في حكومة دمشق بأن الانتحاريان الإرهابيان الذين هاجما كنيسة "مار إلياس" في حي "الدويلعة" قدما من مخيم "الهول" في شمال وشرق سوريا، وهما غير سوريين. نؤكد أن هذه المعلومات غير صحيحة ولا تستند إلى حقائق أو مجريات حقيقية.

بعد هذه الادعاءات، بدأت الأجهزة المختصة في قوّاتنا بالتدقيق والتحقيق في سجلات القاطنين في مخيم الهول والمغادرين له خلال الفترة الماضية، حيث تم التأكيد أنه ليس هناك مغادرة لأي شخص من المخيم سوى الأشخاص الذين غادروا إلى الداخل السوري بناء على طلب حكومة دمشق خلال الفترة الماضية وجميعهم من السوريين، وكذلك العراقيين الذين تم ترحيلهم إلى الأراضي العراقية وفق سجلات تقدم بها الجانب العراقي وتكفل بإيصالهم إلى مخيم الجدعة.

إضافة إلى ذلك، فأن مخيم الهول يأوي عائلات داعش من السوريين والأجانب ومعظمهم من النساء والأطفال، ولا يأوي في داخله الإرهابيين الأجانب، وهذا ما ينفي الفرضية التي تقدم بها المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية حول انتقال الإرهابيين الاثنين "من جنسية غير سورية" من مخيم الهول.

إن قواتنا التي هي القوّة السورية الوحيدة التي حاربت داعش وألحقت الهزيمة به في الباغوز عام ٢٠١٩ لا تزال تواصل مهامها المشتركة مع قوات التحالف الدولي ضد الإرهاب، وهي ملتزمة وطنياً وأخلاقياً بمواصلة هذه المهمة ومستعدة لتوسيع هذه المهمة عند الضرورة بالتنسيق مع قوات التحالف الدولي.

وإننا في الوقت الذي نترحم على شهداء مجزرة "الدويلعة"، ندعو حكومة دمشق إلى إجراء تحقيقات شفافة ودقيقة وإعلانها للرأي العام مع الأدلة، وهي السبيل الوحيد لمنع تكرار الهجمات الإرهابية.

Statement Regarding Claims by the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior in the Damascus Government

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior in the Damascus Government has claimed that the two suicide bombers who carried out the terrorist attack on the Mar Elias Church in the Dweila neighborhood originated from the al-Hol Camp in North and Eastern Syria and were not Syrian nationals. We confirm that this information is incorrect and is not based on facts or real events.

In response to these allegations, the relevant departments within our forces immediately initiated a thorough review and investigation of the records pertaining to the residents of al-Hol Camp, including those who have exited the camp in recent months. The investigation confirmed that the only individuals who left the camp during this period were Syrians, and their departure occurred at the request of the Damascus Government. Additionally, Iraqi nationals were repatriated to Iraqi territory based on verified lists submitted by the Iraqi authorities, who ensured their relocation to the al-Jad'ah Camp.

It is important to clarify that al-Hol Camp accommodates families of ISIS members—both Syrian and foreign—comprising primarily women and children. The camp does not house foreign terrorist fighters. This directly contradicts the claim made by the Ministry spokesperson that the "non-Syrian nationals" perpetrators of the church attack originated from the camp.

Our forces—the only Syrian force to have fought and defeated ISIS in al-Baghouz in 2019—continue to carry out their responsibilities in partnership with the International Coalition to combat terrorism. We remain morally and nationally committed to this mission and stand ready to expand our efforts as necessary, in full coordination with International Coalition forces.

As we mourn the victims of the Dweila massacre, we urge the Damascus Government to conduct a transparent and credible investigation and to publicly release its findings and supporting evidence. This is the only way to prevent the recurrence of terrorist attacks.
