Дальнейший комплекс мероприятий по сохранению объекта культурного наследия будет определен в ближайшее время, сообщается на сайте администрации Саратова.
Как известно, по инициативе мэра Саратова создана межведомственная рабочая группа, которая решит судьбу здания. Нам же остается надеяться, что на месте дома И.И. Зейферт появится его копия-новодел, а не новой элитный жилой дом.
