В средствах массовой информации получили распространение публикации об обнаружении троих малолетних в одной из квартир в городе Мурино в антисанитарных условиях без присмотра взрослых. Сообщается, что дети подвергались психическим страданиям и систематически были лишены пищи и воды.
Следственными органами СК России по Ленинградской области по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по пп. «а», «г» ч.2 ст. 117 УК РФ (истязание несовершеннолетних).
Главой ведомства дано поручение руководителю СУ СК России по Ленинградской области Сазину С.Т. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
Исполнение поручения поставлено на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.
