В результате проведённой ИФНС России по г. Кургану в отношении ЗАО «Курганстальмост» (ИНН 4501001235) выездной налоговой проверки 10.08.2021 года вскрылся факт обналичивания денежных средств от госконтракта от Минспорта, а именно тендера на строительство Ростов-Арена. Он был реализован АО «Крокус Интернэшнл» (ИНН 7728115183), которая принадлежит Арасу Агаларову, на сумму свыше 700.000.000 миллионов рублей при закупке мембран PES и др .

Также инспекцией установлены факты, как минимум 13 эпизодов обналичивания денежных средств на сумму превышающую 1 млрд. рублей через «ведение» хозяйственной деятельности между АО «Крокус Интернэшнл» и ЗАО «Курганстальмост».
