Третий год подряд еду на конференцию в Нижний Новгород и собираюсь если не отдохнуть, то хотя бы выспаться. Всем сердцем люблю эту мартовскую конференцию, потому что - зима кончилась, настроение весеннее, можно увидеть много близких людей, с кем давно не виделись - организация наносимпозиума одна из лучших, что мне приходилось встречать (размещение, сессии и залы, звук) - Нижний Новгород обожаю! (могу даже гайд по Нижнему выложить и всем-всем насоветовать, куда идти, только дайте знак)

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
