Потерпевший – адвокат Ярослав Краснощеков – сослался, пишет «Кавказский узел», в своем ходатайстве о закрытии процесса на то, что по итогам освещения суда в СМИ появляется утверждения о «надуманности уголовного преследования Харченко», что является способом давления на Краснощекова.

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
