Беседа переросла в конфликт — Габов заявил, что выступает против «спецоперации» и желает поддержать Украину. Его слова не понравились проводнице вагона, которая пожаловалась на Габова начальнице поезда.
Одна из пассажирок вызвала полицейских, которые и составили на мужчину протокол о «дискредитации армии».
Саратовский районный суд оштрафовал мужчину на 30 тысяч рублей. Как следует из текста постановления, Габов раскаялся в своих словах и полностью признал вину.
