Плата за проезд будет взиматься с 07:00 до 11:00 утра и с 16:00 до 20:00 вечера. В остальное время движение по магистрали останется бесплатным.

Стоимость всех совершенных за сутки проездов по МСД суммируется, после чего в течение 5 дней выставят общий платеж

Оплататить можно через приложение «Парковки России», на сайте msd.mos.ru, на Госуслугах или в приложениях банков, если привязан ГРЗ.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
