Сегодня исполнилось 25 лет, как с нами нет первого мэра Санкт-Петербурга Анатолия Собчака. Вместе с Президентом России Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным принял участие в церемонии возложения цветов к памятнику Анатолию Александровичу на Васильевском острове.

Анатолий Александрович сыграл большую роль в истории России. Вернул нашему городу историческое имя – Санкт-Петербург.

Собранная им команда профессионалов взяла на себя ответственность за город в сложный переходный период. Команда Собчака достойно справилась со сложнейшими вызовами и заложила направление развития на десятилетия вперёд.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram.
