Вчера в Верхнетоемском районе проводил в закат тусклое февральское солнце,
а сегодня утром густым холодным туманом встретила река Вычегда...

Так получилось, что последние два года я вообще не выезжал из региона, зато получается путешествовать по родной Архангельской земле. И ничуть не жалею!

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
