Под стражей сейчас, в том числе, — советник бывшего вице-губернатора области Игоря Грекова, специалист в сфере ЖКХ Владимир Арцыбашев. Среди фигурантов дела — директор фирмы-поставщика, сотрудники управления благоустройства города.
Для улучшения уборки города решено приобрести новую технику и реагенты. Но для начала почистят саму профильную структуру.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips.
