Кроме того, по его словам, российские производители труб готовы подключиться к строительству афганского участка газопровода TAPI. Также возможно участие в модернизации тоннеля Саланг, который не справляется с возросшим потоком машин.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
