"Восточный щит" – линия обороны на 400 км из бункеров, противотанковых ежей, "зубов дракона" и мин на границе с Россией, Беларусью и (!) Украиной.
Это совместный проект поляков и прибалтов. Стоимость линии укреплений составит около €2,7 млрд. Часть денег на неё страны хотят попросить в ЕС.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
