Как же были определены победители?
После того, как вся страна проголосовала на нашем сайте за заявки полуфиналистов, наше жюри путём перекрёстной оценки определило победителей.
Как и обещали, жюри также отдельно оценило заявки из Луганской и Донецкой Народных Республик, Херсонской и Запорожской областей, так как по техническим причинам голосование в регионах было затруднительно.

По итогам нашего конкурса будут поддержаны проекты, направленные на заботу и воспитание детей, бережное отношение к экологии, сохранению культуры нашей страны и развитие спорта.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
