В этот раз Алиева вызвала машину через «Яндекс.Такси», предупредив об инвалидной коляске. Прибыв на место, водитель отказался везти девушку. Кроме того, он начал оскорблять и проклинать ее.
«Я взял под личный контроль этот вопрос. Считаю, что здесь простых извинений мало. Уполномоченному по правам человека в Дагестане Джамалу Алиеву поручаю заняться этой проблемой и доложить лично мне о ее решении», – заявил Меликов.
