Причины не уточняются, но известно, что такое решение Арсамаков принял сразу после совещания у главы республики.
Отметим, что за год это уже третий мэр Магаса, написавший заявление.
20 сентября 2019 г. свой пост покинул Беслан Цечоев, которого сменил Магомет Марзиев, но и он ровно через месяц 19 октября уволился по собственному. Кресло мэра Магаса можно было бы называть самым "горячим", если б не постоянные ротации в Кабмине Ингушетии в этот же период.
