Высотный жилой комплекс появится в районе Выхино-Жулебино.

Градостроительно-земельная комиссия (ГЗК) одобрила строительство жилого комплекса по адресу: улица Академика Скрябина, вл. 21.

На земельном участке площадью 5,79 га появится высотный жилой комплекс общей площадью 172 300 м², из которых 135 тысяч м² — жильё. Максимальная высота застройки составит 195 метров. Также будет построен детский сад на 175 мест.

Правообладателем земельного участка является компания «АКХ им. К.Д. Памфилова», которая принадлежит Алексею Набатову. Он вместе со своим братом Александром регулярно участвует в различных аукционах. Основная их специализация – редевелопмент старых зданий.

Кто будет девелопером этого проекта пока неизвестно.
