Апарт-комплекс Quartier d’Or, который возводится на Большой Татарской улице, перевели в жилье.

Согласно решению столичных властей, общая площадь жилого комплекса составит 17 462 м²В нём будет 70 квартир и 38 парковочных мест. Изначально проект предполагал наличие 73 апартаментов и 86 парковочных мест.

Строительство ведёт компания Rariteco на месте бывшего завода «Геоприбор». Жилой комплекс будет состоять из двух корпусов, объединённых общим подземным пространством. Концепцию комплекса разработало бюро RTDA.

По данным портала «наш.дом.рф», за время строительства комплекса, сейчас завершены монолитные работы, девелопер успел реализовать 18 апартаментов и 10 машиномест.
